A poster on RoMEO & JULIET was awarded second prize at the Open Repositories conference OR10 in Madrid. Congratulations to the R&J team for the poster, which described current and future work to upgrade the service.
The award was made on the night that Spain beat Germany 1-0 (in fact, at half-time), with the match shown at the Conference dinner on large screens.
Many congratulations to Colin Smith and Chris Yates from the Open University, who won first poster prize with "Open Research Online: A Self-Archiving Success Story" and Reme Melero, who came third with the "Open Access Validator".
